Erind Hartwell, a first-year law student with psychopathic tendencies and an obsessive compulsion to follow an arbitrary set of Rules, tries to live a normal life in a world where superhumans battle eldritch horrors invading minds. She had to be normal. Society frowned on different—especially her kind of different.

"I wouldn’t bother the world as long as it didn't bother me" was one of the many Rules she followed. And she mostly kept to herself with that in mind.

Unfortunately, the world bothered Erind's normal life. On the brink of death, an entity offered powers to save her. Left with no other choice, she accepted it, changing into a new form—the first of many that'll help her bother the world that bothered her.

When I first woke up I knew only three things: My name is Reiza, I have a seed I need to care for, and a song.

I was told that the forest I woke up in was mine and that I needed to take control of it and protect it. The only things standing in my way are nature itself, a bunch of strange floating boxes, and a group of crazy powerful creatures known as the forest queens. Sounds pretty simple right? It might be if it weren't for the fact that I have absolutely zero memory, but hey at least I know my name.

Also apparently my enemies aren't only inside the forest. Forces from the outside got news that somthing was going down in my new home and are coming to crash my party. Can I claim this forest? Can I protect it? And most importantly can I figure out who I am and what's going on? I'm not sure but I'm going to try.

Hey everyone I'm fairly new to writing novles and this is my first time ever putting my work on a site like this one. I hope you enjoy the story and would appreciate your feedback. I would ask that you read through at least a couple of chapters before leaving a rating. I know I have some trouble with grammer and how I structure some of my sentences and while feedback on that is appreciated what I would value most is feedback on the story as a whole in terms of how the plot works and if you are enjoying it or not.

***Author's Notes***

Update. This story is going to go on indefinite hiatus. I'm quite busy with my studies currently and I currently find it hard to find the motivation to write. I feel like my story has way too many flaws and is not really worth writing anymore. And who knows, I might come back to it later and fix it or start another new and exciting story! Thanks a lot for understanding and for having read and supported my story so far for those who have!

Marrow was old... older than me or you. Older than the nation he lived in. And older than anyone he knew. Which is not surprising, because he did not know anyone else. He had been sitting, or perhaps leaning is the more apt expression, in a closet for many, many years, and had done nothing but stare.

But eating, or rather chewing, a spider opened up another world to him. A world with a voice that was talking to him - to HIM! Marrow did not get what the voice was saying, but that was secondary at this point.

And Marrow started to feel restless.

Nuff said.

If you like a sometimes quirky skeleton as the main character and want to ride along for its coming of age, or perhaps rather coming of sapience story... give it a shot. It is a litrpg context with skills, levels, heroes and monsters... and a skeleton. Not sure yet how fast the skeleton will level... we'll have to wait and see.

As a disclaimer... this is my secondary novel... my main story is ongoing and most of my time is dedicated to that. As such, new chapters will, at first, be rather infrequent and irregular. If things go well, I may shift more attention to the story, but we shall see how things go.

Pellan Rise

Pellan Rise

Sam is a quiet 16 year old high school guy. He's a nerd and a geek. A pretty typical guy. When his friends try to peer pressure him into playing the tank role for the new VR game they all want to play, he rebels, although he can't quite figure out why. Choosing instead to play as a healer, Sam dives into the world of Pellan Rise as the dainty little healer named Sylanna, where he discovers that the game has a lot more influence over the real world than everyone thought.

Lots of LGBTness in here, as well as unending cuteness. Also, this story doesnt really focus on the mechanics of the game as much as litrpg would, which is why it's not filed under that tag.

This story was my first ever story to be uploaded online. This is the edited version, fixing as many of my dumb mistakes as I can find. Unlike my other story, Kammi Kettu, this one is also much more in line with the audience this site attracts, which is to say it is both an Isekai and a VRMMO story in one :P. I hope you enjoy!
