    1. Re: Guilty Pleasure Tropes?

Enemies to lovers, 1000%. I can never get enough of two hot-blooded enemies coming together for hot-blooded passion, especially if it's angsty and bitter and really requires both of them to compromise (...)

    2. Re: Need to vent?

We really need to stop looking at views per chapter. It's one of the single worst things for our mental health, and we're writing trauma recovery which is hard enough as it is. Reader numbers don't (...)

We really need to stop looking at views per chapter. It's one of the single worst things for our mental health, and we're writing trauma recovery which is hard enough as it is. Reader numbers don't matter! (...)

    4. Re: Writing Groups: The number one thing that you can do to make your writing better

This was a very, very long post to basically just say 'Join a group, share your work and get critique in order to get better, while also focusing on your actual goal.'

    5. Re: How Do You Decide What Feedback to Listen To?

In the end it comes down to your own judgement. Do you think their suggestions would make the story better that way? If yes, then go for it. If not, then don't pay it any mind. If you're not sure, (...)

    6. Re: The very short guide to writing trauma

You beat us to this. We were writing up something like this over the last couple of days, but big props to you for going through all this. We will add onto this, because there's other stuff that wasn't (...)

    7. Re: What is the point of extremely long novels?

Are you kidding us? We specifically made our story a web novel for the express reason of not having to deal with cutting it up into books, since that would just end abruptly, and then it would cut into (...)

    8. Re: How often do you post new chapters? And why?

One day a week every Friday, because it takes time to bring it up to the quality we demand from ourselves. I totally agree! Also, I really like your cover. :) Thank you~ Our best friend made (...)

    9. Re: Difference between "edgy" and "grimdark"

Super easy way to think about it: Grim dark is a super sharp knife with a good point that will stab you in the heart if you let it. Edge is a pizza cutter. All edge and no point.

    10. Re: wish fulfillment is a good thing

Eh, it depends. Wish fulfillment is to story telling what fast food is to eating out at a restaurant. It's quick, cheap and easy at the notable cost of quality. There's also not a whole lot of challenge (...)

    11. Re: why there is so little talk regarding Litrpg/cultivation in this forum?

Then make a thread about those topics if you want it.

    13. Re: 🎵 I just made a masterpiece 🍕

You have not had true pizza until you've put sardines on them. :DrakanZip: We stand by our statement, and don't knock it till you try it. You have not had true pizza until you've put (...)

    14. Re: What makes someone successful on here?

We have been and will always be of the mind that if you are consistent with posting, and your writing is good, then you will get an audience. Also lots of review swaps.

    15. Re: What do you wish you knew when you first started writing?

This question is kind of loaded - all experience levels welcomed. What do you wish you had known about writing when you first started on writing publicly? I call it writing to an audience, but it's (...)

    16. Re: Procrastination, Laziness, writter block and greed are killing me and my book.

How on earth is 90k words only 20% of your story? That is literally full novel length. Som Some stories are just that kind of story. We're at 40K and we're more or less at the end of the opening act (...)

    17. Re: That one word you swear should be spelled differently.

'Usual' Every single time we type it out we type it out as 'ususal' Even when we tried to type it out the proper way we still put that damn s there.

    18. Re: Procrastination, Laziness, writter block and greed are killing me and my book.

One chapter a day. No wonder you suffer from burn out. Here's what you should do: Take a short break from writing (3-4 days,) then get yourself a realistic schedule. We do 1 chapter a week just fine (...)
