Re: Who's stories end up better? Pancers or plotters?
Eeeer I think there are really good books that are plotted and really good ones that are pantsed, and that different authors benefit from different methods.

Re: The Most Appealing Concept For a Story
Good grief, I have so many favorite concepts that I'd like to convince a writer to adopt... I love the concept of a relatively normal person choosing to become either a dungeon core or a part-animal (...)

Re: Oops! All Orphans! Or why you should let your protagonist have families.
Families and family dynamics can be a lot of fun to write. I’m just a little worried about when and if my mom ever decides to read my books, because I’ve made mother figures into villains more than once (...)

Re: What is your thinking style?
Vivid imagery + two separate thought streams: -The immediate thought stream, encompassing my instinctive, unfiltered-by-reason reactions to things, my feelings and subjective opinions. This thought (...)

Re: Cover picture of your Novel
I make mine myself, mostly with art I draw in Procreate or Photoshop, sometimes with photo assets I’ve licensed and then incorporated into the design, again using Photoshop

Re: No wonder Brandon Sanderson can't write fantasy!!!!!
Show me on the doll where the Brandon Sanderson hurt you lol And you know, it’s a shame that I get so focused on the actual story when I write stories. Maybe I should start working my real-world gripes (...)

Re: What makes a great protagonist?
Bat ears.

Re: No wonder Brandon Sanderson can't write fantasy!!!!!
Sanderson is a far better author than Tolkien (and also most definitely a fantasy writer) All his characters have regression arcs, like they're recovering crack addicts or something. I found this tiresome (...)
