Any World Hopping/Travel stories?

Looking for something like The Many Lives of Cadence Lee where the main character is able to travel to different worlds/dimensions/universes with different paths/tech trees/cultures etc. Even fanfic would do, but original settings are cool too. I think Kill Em All was a Worm/The Gamer thing that I read a long time ago on fanfiction.com that was similar to this idea and I've read a few more variations to this idea on Chinese sites like Fantasy Simulator which was a generic OC versions of common settings/fandoms. I really enjoy the idea of traipsing about an infinite cosmos and would love to read more stories like this.

Try my story, the Dreaming Goddess.

My main character, William Gabriel, does quite a bit of world-hopping. He is a Paladin of the god of death and healing, Elranor, who is out to prove himself worthy of his family legacy. The deuterologist of his story, Kiyora Yagos, goes between worlds.

In her own world, she is an ordinary elven schoolgirl in her dreams, where she becomes the Dreaming Goddess.

Companion Chronicles
By far my favorite jumpchain story. More heavily focused on character development than power wank, and its also super long.

If you don't mind machine translated stuff there's a ton of quick transmigration stories on novelupdates. Which have a lot of world hoping (but it's all romance focused)
Here's a link to a big list of qt stories

My favorite qt story would be The Mad and Cool Female Lead

Hey there. Well, if you're into world-hopping stories, you should check out "The Long Earth" by Terry Pratchett and Stephen Baxter. It's all about different Earths that you can access by "stepping" sideways. Each one has its own unique stuff going on, and the main characters go on adventures to explore them all. Another cool series is "The Chronicles of Amber" by Roger Zelazny. The main character can travel between different parallel worlds, each with its own rules and magic. It's a classic fantasy series that's definitely worth reading. Oh, and if you're interested in travel, have you thought about climbing Kilimanjaro? You can check out a company that offers guided climbs here: https://altezza.travel/en/climbing-kilimanjaro. I mean, my wife and I have just come back after that amazing adventure. It was crazy. Reading The Snows of Kilimanjaro while climbing was outstanding.

All the Lonely People does a fair bit of universe travelling. The first two thirds restricts itself to just timelines very similar to our world, with a few very small differences, but the last arc gets a lot crazier with fantasy lands and science-fiction dystopias.

Death After Death also does something similar, where the lead character descends through a dungeon where, it's later revealed, ever new floor is a very different piece of a single world's history.

That said, if we're giving published, off-site reccs too, I personally recommend Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle by Clamp. Very specifically the manga, not the anime. Five travellers go hopping across worlds in an effort to fulfill their respective wishes.
