Do readers see all options before they can vote? Or does it block readers from voting?

Here, there's a poll at the end of this chapter. It has two options, and people can only choose one. This chapter has a lot of options, and I've set the number of options readers can choose to 3.
I think you have to be logged in to vote. Readers can see all the options, then when they choose one it shows the results.

Of this I'm aware. I am asking more specifically what the option 'Public Poll Results' in the author dashboard does.
A regular poll shows the readers the options, then when they vote they see the distribution.

Oh, if you don't have it public, then the poll just vanishes after the reader votes. Only the author can see how many people voted for what.
