Both? I've wanted to be a professional author since I was sixteen lol so I love doing it but I'd also love to make money from it

Pleasure. If I didn't write for pleasure, then I wouldn't do it. If you aren't passionate about your writing, then you will struggle to find success. A lot of my spare time is trying to think what to write in my next couple of chapters. If I didn't like writing, I wouldn't think about this and my writing would suffer and be a lot slower.

My choice of platform was a business decision. But I'm still writing the story I want to write, even if it's less marketable than the top shares. At the end of the day if I don't enjoy writing it no one would enjoy reading it, either.
