Probably because the screenshots don't have the username of the person blacked out and instead show their full username.

Parogar, I'd remove or redact those screenshots, while I get that your intentions here are just to get advice from the community, with this person's name being shown it could be viewed more cynically as a hate thread. I don't think it is, but cropping the screenshot or black barring the name would do a lot to dispell that impression.

This is gonna be an unpopular opinion:

I agree that the language is out of line, and his critique could have been said more sensitively.
He is not saying the story is bad, he is saying that the use of cliches (the formula used in many mangas/animes) is a waste of your story,
and that you could have chosen a more non-traditional path.

The attack on your person was rage venting. Remarque that he read 38 chapters!

I see it as a constructive review with the wrong language. 

I guess he had a bad day.

I'm guessing you didn't read or watch Bastard! (Is on Netflix) the whole drama is about making fun of the traditional portrait of the Japanese formula Sohjen - not sure I spell that right. Where the hero is a playboy but Only faithful to one Woman and even a virgin, that is what I think he meant.

And I truly advise Bastard! is super fun. Completely derange. It was written in the 80's and even then was a paradoy and the story is actually very good.

Yeah, I agree. He has the right to think that but the language is very problematic. He could have said everything in a nicer and more constructive way, because his comment clearly isn't right now. 
Don't hesitate to take down these types of reviews OP. If you feel personally insulted or assaulted reading it, it's reportable. Don't let people be mean to you.

Hey, I am so sorry to have you come across an asshole. Do not take any of what they said personally. People can be jerks to authors and dismiss a well-written story to their own advantage. Report him, delete his comments and keep going. Don't let their comments have a negative impact on Royal Road. This is a well-diverse site, and everywhere there are assholes, no matter you go. Keep writing your book with your head high and know you aren't one of those pitiful members that have to degrade another member. Keep writing your own book no matter if someone says it's shit. If you LOVE your book, then your book needs nothing more.

At first I was like, oh shit. My story must have something weird going on I'm not aware of. But then I looked at his reviews, and it's ALL he talks about. He's left reviews where it just rants on and on about people being cuckolded.

But that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that he used the word "shit" to describe my story but then he then spelled it "sh*t" just a few sentences later in the SAME COMMENT.

Just think about that for a second. He started off writing his comment, right? And he was going all in. His chips were laid down. He was going in on me. He was like:"YOUR STORY IS SHIT."

But then, later (mere sentences later), he must have had a moment where he thought to himself, "Wow, the word 'shit' is a bad word. I should put an asterisk in it. That way it doesn't look as harsh."

But yeah. There's some really angry people on Royal Road.

Verbally abusing you or story in such a manner sounds like trolling to me, Report him. A * isn't going to save him.
