"All Chapters" section under "Table of Contents"

Is this a new addition? Looks if you have volumes for you novel, there is one that is labeled "All Chapters" placed in the very front. Is there a way to change just that cover? Or does it just match the main cover of the fiction?

It does seem new and it does seem to match the main cover. The covers of the volumes are the ones that can be changed separately.

How do I get rid of it??? It ruins my whole setup/index!
