Editing I think takes more time than writing sometimes and it's really crazy how much time it eats up on certain chapters and when you need to go back and fix something.

Got about 2k done as of now, trying to get some more done, then some more on other projects if I can. Struggling with thinking I may be stretching myself a bit too much and quality might be dropping, so a lot goes into editing also.

2.4k today, that's pretty impressive for me. Finished a chapter of Into the Blue and wrote one chapter for Surviving the Arcanum.

I'm really going to have to knuckle down and grind if I want Into the Blue finished by the end of the month for the contest deadline. I still need to write one more chapter of StA this week for the Patreon promo of the new tier first, though.

Today I edited several chapters but in terms of writing new words I did over 3k which is fantastic 

I didn't do shit yesterday, but I edited five chapters today. Yay.

Well, after absolutely nothing for almost two weeks, I managed 1.3k today to ensure my contest entry qualifies for the minimum word count.

This was totally not how I planned things to go, but I went down hard with the virus last week after 3 years of successfully avoidance. Sigh. Now I'm super behind on everything and feeling super drained still. I have no idea how I'm going to catch up my Patreon.

I feel like I am weird, I write almost over 8k a day and edit them. I just finished 13k but thinking of scrapping it.

Could always ask the forums for a beta read, I know a lot of aspiring editors don't mind doing it as well as just people looking for something to read. 

I'd love to write that much but job says no.

1k today for another chapter in Surviving the Arcanum. This is where it starts to get a little bit weird for readers because I'm referencing plot events that will change between drafts that might be a bit confusing. I'm adding footnotes to explain some of it until I have time to actually work on the second draft. Hopefully after I finished Into the Blue, which is significantly behind schedule now.
