Hello people, I would like a recommendation of novels (can be rrl or not) with 'magic system' similar to Mother of Learning. One that has that more realistic aspect. Absolutely no LitRPG and stuff like that, I hate it. The closest novel I found to this was Throne of Magical Arcana.

If you're just looking for the magic system, then "The Villain Wants To Live" might be good.  It's an absurdly strange concept for a series once you realize what it's doing, but the magic system is probably as interesting to read about as Mother of Learning's was.  It's detailed, freeform, and logical.  

Try and ignore reading the tags ahead of time on novel updates.  This series turns all of them on it's head.  So while you might expect something from one tag, you are absolutely not getting anything even remotely similar to what you are thinking it'll be.  It turns things on it's head a lot.  

I think that The Hedge Wizard is somewhat similar - it has tiers of magic similar to what MoL has (which are based on DnD spell levels).
