Anyone wanna give it a look over and let me know if it crosses the line? Honestly it mostly sexual innuendo. I think it is fine, but it's always nice for a second opinion.

I'd love to help...
but I wouldn't be great : almost anything is fine by me. (being from not-US, I don't have the necessary 'murican hair-raising to know if it can go through or not).

the only criterion I could give you is "is it too steamy to give to my 11 yo" ...

(but then, there are many stories here and elswere that are too grim or too gory to give to any 11 yo... and those would never get a PG13 warning under the US puritanism rules)
I just took it out, even if it made me chuckle pretty hard for a bit. I do have it saved and will add it in later. After writathon.

I don't know what really falls under the banner of "sexual", either.

Is a flirtatious comment "sexual"?
Is an in-bed post coitus conversation "sexual"?
A knowing wink?
Hand-holding?

I'm not terribly worried about traumatizing children because I believe that they're probably robust enough to deal with the traumatizing experience of reading about a kiss. (Actually, wouldn't the occasionally graphic depictions of violence be worse?)

When I was a little kid, I'd watch old Star Trek Original Series episodes and Kirk would routinely kiss the (scantily clad) woman, there'd be a "fade to black", and then on fade-in, we'd see Kirk putting on his boots -> this later inspired me to call that sort of thing a "boot scene". Pretty useful for some stories. But is something like that considered "sexual"?

Part of me wants a really fucking GRANULAR definition of what exactly qualifies.
Most of me doesn't give a shit.

FancyDrakan

seriously. I agree.
and anyway, I don't think this website should be ok for kids younger than 15.. so PG13 should be free to publish here :)

further, I'd say that for me, while Pornography should be in it's own place... in those websites,
but explicit steamy action ? I'd like that it could have its place... if only behind a spoiler.

and by that I mean anything up and to about the level of "fifty shades"... included.

goreing someone can be described in all gritty details... same for crunching a mind into madness... but describing 2 adults playing at the beast with two backs ( ?? does that translate well), or being a bit too explicit in speaking about eggplants, peaches, and melons is frowned upon on a website supposedly for "adults" ...

ahhh.. orz
