Re: help with cover idea

i was considering my title:
THE
Khazam's World
to be placed like that, but with the base of the T and side of the E looking like vertical pupils, that you would find in lizards etc., and the rest shaped to form a predatory smile kind of image. the letters themselves wouldn't be uniform but jagged, and rough looking.
Thoughts?

It seems like it is too much focus on a generic article [The] which has nothing to do with your story. If you do that to Khazam instead, the reader's attention will be drawn to what's unique to your novel rather than an article.

I second what Ankur said. I also don't know whether making the K and E like vertical pupils would look that good when there are also the horizontal lines intersecting with the "pupils". Maybe just draw some manacing lizard-eyes on a dark background flanking the title? The effect would be the same but the title is clearly visible and so are the pupils. As for a fancier font for the title, you can find some really nice free (even for commercial use) options here: https://www.1001fonts.com

i was actually going to freehand the letters themselves in Adobe Illustrator. maybe if if i make the vertical lines more jagged and have a faint oval around them? hmm
