Not sure if I get it. If the fantasy land baby is a baby then it would not have the social indoctrination for it to matter. Unless, the baby is genetically predesposed like a changeling to bring that baggage over the transfer with it.
I imagine it would be more of a culture-shock than anything, depending on whether the fantasy character is self aware of his/her pre-existing NPC status.
