Nope. Try not to worry too much about it, though. Consider it a rite of passage as a writer. Haters are inevitable as your story starts earning attention. Overall, try not to pay too much attention to your ratings. What's really important are reviews and comments, especially if they're constructive.

Unfortunately, yes, it is 99.9% a troll. Even more unfortunate is that there is little you can do about it, aside from encouraging readers to give honest feedback to offset the crappy rating.

In case it eases your concerns, I -- and several others, certainly -- don't care about the overall star rating when looking for new reading material, especially if it only has a single-digit rating count. The quality of the synopsis and cover (if applicable), and general trend in reviews is usually what I pay attention to to tell if a work is worth reading or not. Even if your story was rating 2 stars overall due to hate ratings, that wouldn't affect my judgment of your work.
