My novel Conscientia explores the question: "What if the reader were the Haunter of the Dark?" But it is not overtly cosmic horror. In essence, all the elements are there, but not in the same way as you might expect in a Lovecraftian piece.

Unfamiliar Faces is more cosmic comedy than cosmic horror, but it is a quite good -- if a bit all over the place -- novel featuring an eldritch horror as a MC and a world in which cosmic mindfuck has become the norm rather than the exception.

Maybe the Hunter will fit its a worm meets bloodborne story.
