The world has ended, and those worthy of it have received the chance for a new life in a new reality.
Zach grew in power and thrived in the post-Framework world. He became a respected leader, a shining example of what it meant to be good. But as the world ended, he had only one thought: to punish the monster that had killed the world long before the Framework ended it. Yet not even with his incredible power was he able to stand against the World Ender. His arrival in the new realty, the Infinite Realm, gives him the chance to grow stronger, to find the monster again—and make it pay.
Ryun survived the chaos after the arrival of the Framework by pushing harder than anyone else. He grew in power until he became the most powerful being that had ever walked the planet; but he is hated by the world, called a monster by all others, the World Ender. As the world ends and he steps into a new one, where people stronger than him have lived for centuries, he finds himself lost and without purpose. The only thing that had mattered to him had been lost to him long ago. He truly was the monster that people considered him to be, and he now finds himself wondering if this new reality has a place for someone like him—but he had never been one for lying down and dying without a fight. One world fell to his power, and another might follow.

Framework is a story that will follow two main characters. The story will be told in two different time periods: past and present. Past chapters take place in the past on Earth, and follows the two as they struggle to survive and grow their powers in the world changed by the Framework.
This story is a mix of LitRPG and Xianxia, and it will have Classes as well as Cultivation systems. There are two main characters, and another two that are introduced later.
Sery is a Source, born with immense magic but unable to use it. Enslaved for her power, her life is one of abuse and exploitation until one day, everything changes.
Veltyen, a sword-mage, rescues her, releasing her from her chains. He takes her to join the mage guild Eterna, where she learns she can help others without being used. As her magic boosts the guild to entirely new levels of power, trouble brews. Other guilds want Sery's power, and they are willing to destroy Eterna to get it.
(This story has strong romantic elements, so if you don't like romance, you probably won't like it)

Pan was an ordinary boy, practicing to become a mage's apprentice. He lived at home, and worked for his parents. Until the day his family is attacked by a rogue necromancer and killed. Pan is kidnapped by the mage for his affinity for magic, and in a bizarre ritual, Pan's consciousness is transferred into a dungeon stone and bound by the necromancer to serve him and create an army of skeletons.
Now Pan has to find a way to escape the magical clutches of the rogue mage, and if he can accomplish that, survive.
Luck Lockyer was the type of man to smirk in the dark, the expression not for anyone but himself. One of perpetual amusement. The bright side of things were hard to find in the shade yet his amber eyes were always searching. The smirk was his default, he knew it, his friends knew it, his family knew it. It was his most natural state.
But the death of everyone close to you can affect a downwards curve on the mouths of even the most stoic people.
Without purpose, without anyone to do the job for, Luck Lockyer found himself inside an empty forgotten church. The perpetual smirk on his face had slipped to a thin line, his scar more noticeable now than ever before. His amber eyes, the windows to his soul, dull and lifeless. To anyone who knew him, it was the clothing that gave away his mental state, denim pants and a plain black t-shirt. If that wasn't enough, the tears running down his face certainly would, the echoing sobs of a broken man rang across the rundown church.
It was on a whim, but Luck Lockyer prayed, he prayed for many things, for death, revenge, friends, but the one prayer dominating his thoughts, a second chance for his family.
That was all he wanted. Simple.
It was then, on the outskirts of a polluted city, in an abondoned lot, in a forgotten church that Luck Lockyer, the Devil of the Cards, the Bloodless Hand, the Amber Demon, the Broken, was answered by a being from another world and one from his.

Airen and Yuelei Casteya - Two twins separated in act of revenge not of their own doing. One is sent to the frozen north, where she is adopted by a frost phoenix and taught to survive in the harshest of conditions, eventually meeting with the forces that govern nature itself. The other is sent to the southern deserts and is saved by a band of slaves-turned-raiders who take him in as one of their own, where he eventually came into contact with a being that calls herself the History Eater.
The two sought power and the forces of the world would soon listen, but not without their own aspirations.
And perhaps if the two were to meet again, they would be so warped by their own hands and would not even recognize the other.
[Arc 1 Side A/B] [Disciple of the History Eater / Knighthood] [~1000 Pages]
Under the guidance of Fieluri, the whimsical being from the Archive, Airen moves south to the Red Slate Republic to attend Stonewall Military Academy. Eventually, under Fieluri's instruction, he descends into the depths of dungeons where he eventually reunites with an old acquaintance...
Yuelei, who has grown used to living in the snowy mountains, moves north to the Holy Land of Ecclisa to attend the Royal Knight Academy. After Lin leaves, she slowly adapts to living with humans again, but not without ceaseless caution. The thinly-veiled peace is eventually broken, for the monsters that haunted the nights in the Whitefrost Mountains are returning once more. In response, even greater powers begin moving in the background...
All paths eventually leads to conflict.
When it arrives, one can choose to deter it away.... or to revel in it.

As Zac was alone in the middle of the forest the world changed. The whole planet was introduced to the so-called multi-verse by an unfeeling System or God. A universe where all races and civilzations fought for power and dominion.
Seemingly forgotten by the System, Zac found himself stuck in the wilderness surrounded by deadly beasts. Alone, lost and without answers, he must find the means to survive and get stronger in this new cut-throat reality.

Author's Comment: I was asked about reading my work on other sites. The answer is simple: Currently I am not active in any other networks than royalroadl.com. Only here, I correct mistakes and errors. If you read it anywhere else and have to pay for it, or have to deal with an annoying amount of advertisement, You Are Being Betrayed. You would do good if you make other people in that network aware of it. This is a free project of mine for the purpose of having fun. And if people try to make money with it you shouldn't bother visiting their website. The only one whom I actually allowed to have my work on his website is Armaell who invested the time to compile them into pdf. My world faced its end, but I refused to perish with it! So I intercepted a summoning ceremony from another world. One moment!? My summoner tried to summon a demon? Fuck it, I think it's better to break the contract and do my own thing... or not? Why is Mrs. Sacrifice hugging me? And why am I suddenly a child!? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am not entirely sure how this fiction will turn out. And I am not sure on the tags either. They may change. Bear with it. As always, how chapters turn out is up to my mood.
When a Dungeon Core acquires a taste for beautiful jewels, it sets out to become a criminal kingpin, operating from the sewers beneath the city. Updates daily / 3x on weekends.
After living decades and dying hundreds of times, Kegan has learned that he has finally passed some test that the cruel spirit had given him. Now, Kegan has the ability to gain “perks” that can make his life much easier. He is looking forward to finally having an easy life with the new perks he has earned.
Rules to keep me honest for the perk system:
I want to avoid one of the pitfalls I see for other LitRPG stories where the game elements barely relate to the story, or offer very little information. If people are skipping over and not reading the perks then I'm doing things wrong. So I promise to try and make the perks interesting, sometimes humorous, informative, and relevant to the story.

My name is Nicolas
Nicolas "Nick" Siegel.
People say I’m weird.
I don’t know why, and the voice in my head won’t tell me.
Oh well, never mind…
You want a cookie? I baked them myself. With love~?
This is a story about an atypical player in a typical VR fantasy game, (re)written by an author—that's me—who still sucks at delivering synopsises.
Follow the adventures of Nicolas "Nick" Siegel, alias Elric Walker, alias the Wandering Knight, alias the Reckless Imbecile, alias...Victoria—Wait, what? Okay...err...Follow Nick Siegel, a young...man(?) afflicted with mild sociopathy and a worsening case of split personality, as he tries to make sense of the world around him and travels the virtual reality of Untold Tales, battling against undead butterflies, strange curses, and himself, and maybe find love.
I swear this is a romance!
(Previously: “Tales of the Blood Princess”)
[Sexual Content] is present only in specific side-story chapters which are entirely skippable if you do not wish to read them.
Real reader's comment:
"World War Chicken has been fought. The area is destroyed, blood has been spilled, and the wrecks of the machines of war lay scattered. Mothers have cried, children have been traumatized, and only holy fire can burn away the foul creations spawned in its wake.
Oh, and a grown man made a complete fool of himself."
– by Dosahder, at chapter B0-C07.1
"Saying it starts slow is kind of inaccurate. It's more like a long rope attached to a speeding car. Eventually the slack in the line runs out and you're hooked."

Now we've all heard stories about people who died and were born again with their memories intact. The form of the reincarnator changes from story to story: human, elf, orc, slime, vampire, goblin; you name it, someone wrote it. But what if you were reborn in the most common of houshold objects?
What would happen if someone reincarnated as a fork?
Involves: merciless fork jokes, monsters, magic n' all that stuff, some profanity, maybe some gore (i'll keep it light), fork philosophy, and if you got advice on where to go next with the novel, comment, coz I only got a hazy outline. Read my other novel here: http://royalroadl.com/fiction/13058/odyssey-of-the-unrivalled
For Joshua Still, Skills were the lifeblood of his business. He wanted to understand them, collect many of them, and teach a few of them. Which was a problem because while his profession of a Skill Trainer was perfectly legal, it was frowned upon by most of the kingdom. After all, it wouldn't do for a non-tailor to teach Tailoring. Or, so says the Tailors Guild.
The same could be said by the Blacksmiths, the Bakers, the Butchers, the Candlestick Makers, the Mages, and every other Guild with enough money and clout to complain. But still, Skill Trainers provide a valuable service, and so he has managed to start his business and keep it under the table. To a degree. With many a bribe. But his quiet anonymous life of research, practice, and training was about to change. When the Baron demands you pay him a visit, you have little choice.
The emergence of monsters and superhumans hasn't disrupted the modern-era. People have adapted to their new way of life and among them is Casper Clay, a man who has long since awakened to a gift that seemed to be more of a curse until it leads him to a different path. Seeing the opportunity in front of him, Casper heads down a road that could lead to prosperity just as easily as it could lead to an untimely end.
[This fiction is on indefinite hiatus. I'm currently acting as a 24-hour caregiver for my step-father who had a massive heart attack. I apologize for disappearing so quickly, but sometimes that's just life. I'll return as soon as possible. Sorry everyone!]
Zhao Gang, after hundreds of thousands of years cultivating, has finally reached the penultimate threshold. He is ready to ascend to the level of True Immortal.
Driven by the need for a place his enemies won't find him, Zhao Gang puts together an audacious plan. He has developed a revolutionary new formation which will allow him to ascend while on even the lowest planes. To avoid drawing attention, he has to choose a plane that is relatively desolate, however.
He chooses Earth. Fast forward three thousand years. Zhao Gang discovers what his work has wrought - a cultivation-free culture that has delved the deep mysteries of creation - he can't help but think how this tiny little planet devoid of natural energy could affect the course of all creation.
There's only one problem. For that to happen, he has to succeed in cultivating Earth.
Notes: Chinese names should be ignored in the social context - they don't mean anything. Sorry for slaughtering such a beautiful tradition.
This novel starts off slower than most. If the slow-roll isn't your thing, you might want to give this a pass. If it's not for you, I understand. Also, releases may be broken up into smaller chunks. The goal is 5k words, but definitely more than 4k. If you see a short release, be aware that more is probably coming.
I'll be honest and say that I'm struggling with each new scene, if only because I want to balance the scope of vision with good pacing. I hope the work I put into it is worthwhile.

"Hi, my name is Alexis," I say into the camera, as I attempt to calm my nerves.
"And I'm Sab," I hear my best friend add from beside me.
"I'm trying to focus," I tell Sab as I look into the camera. Will anyone even watch this?
"What, just cause I didn't get sent to another world, where magic and dragons are real, I don't get to be a part of this?" she questions me. I can hear the hurt in her voice. I really wish she'd been there. Things might have been... different. I can't believe I thought it was a game. If it had been, she'd have been the better choice.
"I said I was sorry. It's not like I knew I was going to be kidnapped by the system," I lamely apologize. She deserves more, but this is important.
"Coming soon, to an earth near you," she might be making light, but I can hear the fear in her voice.
"It's not funny Sab. It really is coming," I can't help but reply to her words, even though I know she didn't really mean it.
"Come on Lexi, it's a little funny." she tries while chuckling nervously.
"Sigh. Look, can we just get back to telling them?" I ask, pointing at the laptop.
"Sure, but first you should show them some magic," Sab declares while waving her arms around.
"I told you. It's not that simple. I only showed you because you could tell it wasn't fake. They'd just think it was special effects," or come after me to try to lock me in a basement.
"Yeah, well they're not going to believe you anyway. It sounds pretty crazy, even to me. And I've seen what you can do," she proclaims. I didn't think it was that special, but she was really impressed by my magical abilities.
"Maybe, but I have to try. We don't have much time left," I state as I stop the recording, before starting a new one.
"Hello, my name is Alexis," I pronounce, projecting as much confidence as I can at the little camera.
"Remember, the world ends on a Tuesday."
*This is a LitRPG, with attempts at humour, a bit of psychology and a lot of magic. This is a "System apocalypse" novel where the protagonist is sent to another world prior to the apocalypse. It will almost exclusively follow the perspective of Alexis as she makes her way through her journeys.
Guaranteed updates on Tuesday and Friday.
This story is only available on RoyalRoad and my Patreon. If you find it anywhere else, please reach out to me. Thank you.
Rainer, an amateur arcanist and college student, sought to create a new spell far surpassing the magic of the few he inherited from his grandfather. Yet the interference of an unknown event during the casting of his spell led him to be thrown through space and time.
Where status screens were accepted as normal and class distinctions were quite clear. Leveling and achieving a class beyond a simple farmer or peddler was an affair of life and death combined with years of hard training. Goblins were not the fodder that they should be, orcs filled bedtime stories in order to scare children into behaving, and a dragon? You might as well pack up and move to another country.
He, however, enters this world with the rare and powerful class of the Arcanist. How will the recently ardent seeker of magic find greater heights, or will he land in deeper depths?
