The tale of a storyteller. A young otter falls in love. Having to face her father and make a choice.
A love, a choice, a connection.
The Story of Jinrui no saigo no kibō happens in the 22nd century. In a future where magic was discovered by a mysterious scientist and perfectioned.Years later after the magic got perfectioned and almost every human was using it in everyday life...The scientist dissapeared and the phenomenom known as the corruption started. The corruption transformed more than half of the earth's population into "corrupted" with strong dark magic. The rest of the humanity is now fighting to stop the corrupted army and reestablish peace in the world. The story follows the protagonist Paul Aome and his friend Hikari at the SenMa Academy where they and other students are learning how to use and counter magic and later using it in the war.
It is not a hero's tale but just the every day life of a transmigrator and his adopted daughter helping each other with their own issues.
Multiple massive obelisks fall from space onto Earth, destroying multiple mega-cities and throwing the world into chaos. That's just the start as more horrifying news appear and a war for the survival of humanity as a species ensues. Among the chaos one person sees it as a golden, once in a life-time opportunity to achieve his goal. Lies, deceit and ruthlessness are necessary skills to survive the war but teamwork and trust should be just as important.

Hi RoyalRoaders, about how I'll be releasing chapters, I've learned a lesson from writing my previous story on RR, trying to maintain a weekly schedule while struggling with work and health. After receiving valuable feedback, I've decided to try writing at least a complete story arc, then start posting, editing each chapter as I go. That way, I won't leave readers hanging for too long, and at least there will be some resolution in between breaks. Hope this works better! :)
To those who've DM'ed me corrections and feedback (including one who was quite, er, passionate about the topic) or commented, or rated, thank you, I appreciate you all so much. If one day, there was someone so awesome as to review my story, whew, my gratitude would overflow like the banks of the River Huang. May your days be long and your nights be pleasant, hope you enjoy the story.
How would a person act in a zombie apocalypse? What if you add some fantasy to that?
There are four kinds of elves in the Realm of Aehlvyr: the High Elves, who are high-strung, noble, and eager to look down on the other elves; the Dark Elves, who are vicious and fanatical come wartime, and faithful and industrious in times of peace; the Wood Elves, whose love for stories, nature, and music may make them seem a timid people, when truly they are capable of shape-changing; and the Crystal, or Magic Elves, who isolate themselves from the others to study magic in all its forms.
This is a tale from the Realm of Aehlvyr, a magical, unusual place. In this tale, the magic of the Crystal Elves will take shape, accidentally inviting the very first non-elven resident of the Realm into their crystal spires.

In the quantum age of humanity or some may call it diamond age we archived short-range jump and made it safe and energy-efficient to travel between planets in minutes but it was not enough we wanted it longer, faster ship and we got what we wanted but there is no breakthrough without failing countless times. This is what happened to our protagonist: everything was going all according to plan. Testing showed good results our latest model jumped edge of our solar system and got back. Everyone had good expectations in live testing. So he got in the ship and departed from the orbital station, operators helped him calibrating the destination of the jump. He's going to jump over 4 planets first so it was Uranus
"Good luck and godspeed" Commander said to pilot and looked straight at all pre-jump testing data "begin the countdown"
"10. 9. 8. 7. 6." already full of energy warp drive created a subspace
"5. 4. 3. 2. 1 Jump!"
The ship jumped but gone no feedback no sighting of the ship in destination Uranus.
