CW: some violent content.
Short stories of a man named Wote who transcended mortality as he continues towards growing to become a major god within the world.
Since 2013, an ever-increasing trend of bizarre deaths rocks the nation. None can be linked to each other, and almost all are natural or accidental causes. In Jeon city and its Donkas ward, life is the same as always for insurance workers Akane Wakabayashl and her best-friend Ken Komura. They are content with their ever-increasing workloads and wellbeing—except for the ever-irritating fatigue from the Jeon Crisis media coverage.
On a particularly it-rains-it-pours day in June 2016, Ken is absent from work, and Akane returns home, drenched, miserably with a head-splitting migraine. Little does Akane know, however, that this it-rains-it-pours day will be like none other.

Theodore moves to the big city to continue his studies, but his housemate seems a little... odd. He only ever goes out at night, he sometimes seems to float off the floor, and has very large, pointed teeth... When things go wrong, Theodore has to enlist the help of the supernatural, lest he fall under the vampire's thrallish spell.
[Complete at 6.6k words] Jay, a reluctant Ranger surviving in a camp of orphans, walled off from the merciless dangers of a monster-infested forest, struggles to fight a battle of his own when forced to face his cowardice in a world where being afraid gets you, and others, killed.
Paul is an average guy who wanted to make new friends. An invitation to play a tabletop game at a local board game shop quickly turns into an adventure that is all too real. The members of this group aren't just dressed up as elves, mages, and warriors: they're the real deal. Now Paul has no choice but to journey with them if he wants to get home.
My original response to the following writing prompt on Reddit:
Bored out of your skull, you decide to join your local tabletop LARPing group. What you don't realize is that all the members aren't roleplaying and they really are what they say they are (Adventurers, vampires, werewolves etc.)
“Who dares to stand before me?” Dissent asked while using his authority over the underworld to quickly learn about the new arrival.
“I’m known as Primo the one who shall escape the underworld.” The arrival said quite intelligently.
It was the duty of Dissent the Demon God of Envy to guard the underworld’s gate and make sure that no one gets in or out of this unholy realm. It has been doing this since the dawn of civilization when Dissent’s master Tyrannus Principium Lex ordered the ancient being to act as a gatekeeper until the day of judgment.
During the years there had been many attempts by damned to escape the underworld. They'd varied between those that died in one hit and then those against which it actually needed to use some of the other forms of the infamous weapon. Eventually all of them had been stricken down and eradicated or thrown to the lowest depths of the abyss.
Trully there was none who'd ever be able to escape the underworld that it is until he appeared.
This is a story of chosen freedom and the yearning for that which is better, despite what might be the cost.
A young girl in Paris attempts to go Trick or Treating, but soon gets more than she bargained for when she meets a real monster after knocking on his door.
This is a fanfic for the TV show 'Beauty and the Beast' from 2012 but it is fandom-blind friendly!
(WARNING: This story contains soft, non-fatal and gentle vore, meaning one person swallows another whole, but don't worry no one is harmed by this and it's done in a protective, safekeeping sense.)

I used to listen to what you said. I thought that was the magic. But it's what you don't say that counts, isn't it? I promise I'm not bitter. Just hear me out.
This is a writing challenge where I had to write a story within three hours with the prompt: your character(s) wake up in a random location with numbers on their forehead.
Short story I wrote for a friend, inspired by a song.
A one-shot fan fic from Super Giant Games' stellar title "Bastion."
The story is narrated by Rucks (the main voice throoughout the game) and follows the kid as searches the workmen ward for another core. Nothing about the trip will be easy (on account of the foes resisting him) but he manages to learn some new tricks along the way.
Smith is a lawyer, slimy of course, but only in humid weather. On this far-off planet: that is essentially always. Today's case is a difficult one truly, not least because he's defending an alien, but this murderer wants nothing more than to plead guilty. Smith can't have that! No criminally competent client of his should ever end up in jail!
