LiMB is a work of fiction inspired by webnovels such as "Re:Zero - Starting life in another world" and visual novels such as "Fate/Stay night" or "Sengoku Rance".
Not unlike a visual novel LiMB has two main routes branching out from the the first chapter, with additional routes being added as the story progresses. There are also "ending routes", spinoffs or dead-ends that still need to be told.
There is no recommended reading order, although a chapter in one path may shed light on another.
When a choice appears in a chapter that choice will be branded as (R1), (R2) or (SR) for a special offshot ending.
I hope you will enjoy this, more art will be added along the way // grunt
Another person got cought by unfortunate chain of disasters or maybe not... What if disasters go with person? Is fate real or people struggle from something beyond them?
Story will be changed by time. Sorry bunny no lies and it can evolve into something entirely else.
A Russian Weapons Engineer thought that escaping into a VRMMO would free him from the chains of his past; but even in the virtual world, old grudges still burn true. He must use his intellect and unique skills to make a place for himself within the next 5 days, or be forcibly dragged back into the very life he fought so hard to escape.
Seventeen-year old Felix has grown disillusioned of his harsh life as a cadet of a military academy. He’s been waiting for a chance to shine in the eyes of his peers, and when he wakes up alone in the middle of a desert as part of a final exam, he knows that time has come.
What he doesn’t expect is that, instead of finding himself in a simple VR test environment, he has been transported in a completely different world. There must a point at which virtual reality becomes indistinguishable from the true one, and, according to Felix, it must have been already reached.
A new world doesn’t mean a more advanced one. Life isn’t as sacred as it was before, and people have no remorse to stab you if they can gain something from it. Wars, revolts, disease and foul creatures plague the region. Only the most experienced know their way around the many dangers of this new land, something which Felix lacks.
The new GE system allows a person to enhance his body past human limits and wield magic, but the ability to evolve isn’t a right: it must be earned to the detriment of the others.
Follow him as he tries to survive and discover the fate of the old world. But his time isn’t infinite. The forces who brought once humanity to the brink of extinction have yet to be defeated. They are waiting, in the darkness, for the right moment to strike again.
A world doesn’t revolve around just one heroic act, and Athos's isn't the only story on Incipere.
To many, Earth just isn’t the home they want or need anymore. Leaving their names and pasts behind for life on the digital world of Incipere, River and Dante have taken quite a shine to the adrenaline-fueled lifestyle of the great dungeon divers and arena masters alike. Even if the world is watching their every step now, it doesn’t matter. A new life and newfound adventure on Incipere outweighed everything else. Really, what’s not to love?
Slaying monsters? Awesome.
Bringing foes to their knees? Oh, so satisfying.
Harnessing the powers of fame and epic loot? It’s their new reasons for being.
Despite everything they’ve done, their most impressive feat has to be getting the world’s first divine quest and being the first publicly recognized champions of the most potent of the gods, Unum of Incipere. However, all that was the tutorial.
Every gods’ favor has its price.
When everything that makes Incipere their home is put at risk, how far are River and Dante willing to go to keep their home safe from cascading crashes and an impending system failure?
Updates always bring fun, interesting new features. Don’t they?
