Max Luck
by craig anderson
All Max wanted was to be left alone, to mourn in peace. If he stayed in the game, perhaps the real world wouldn’t seem so real. He’d lost everything, his home, his job, his wife. Gone. All that remained was her dagger.
Until they took it.
Now he’ll do whatever’s necessary to get it back, even if it means breaking his promise to never kill again. To them, it’s only a game. To him, it’s personal.
There’s one question everyone keeps asking.
How far is Max willing to push his luck?

Feels Like John Wick
Reviewed at: Fight!
The story reminds me of a much more fantasy-like John Wick. The first movie at least.
But that's enough of references and such, here's the actual review.
Grammer is a solid 5 stars.
World Background I would give less then 3, but that's only because this is the second chapter and there has been little to nothing on well, anything.
Characters is a hard one to me, but I would give it around 3.5. Same problem as world background, but that can be fixed as more chapters are submitted.
All in all, a good story that seems too have lots of potential!
