Overall, an enjoyable tale to read.
The world setting is interesting, I loved the concept of the windchasers, and the technical side of the writing is excellent. I think the first chapter did a fantastic job at introducing the world setting and it drew me in rather quickly.
Personally, I find the writing style as a whole to fit well with the portrayal of the story. However, depending on your tastes, there are areas in the story where the style may feel a bit dry. I like this narration style myself, but your mileage may vary.

Still early on, so I can't accurately rate character devolvement yet, though it does look good so far though. Story looks very promising and I'm very much enjoying it. I love the airship theme. The editing in the story is very good. Technically, the grammar and punctuation are pretty much spot on. Keep it up!
