Alright, first of all this is only the initial review and I'll be changing it in the future as more chapters come out from this novel.
Author has a comedic style of writing with silly random events that may or may not give the reader a chuckle. For me personally, I like this type of style although this may not be for others as it gives the MC a somewhat idiotic tendency, I think it's a nice one. Its missing some elements that would be nice. I'd recommend focusing less on the comedic part since theres too much emphasis there and adding a hint of seriousness from time to time. Proses and more detailed descriptions are a nice read as well.
Little to no errors, just that. Its easy to read and understand the flow of the story with each chapter.
Very interesting actually. Did not expect to be hooked quite easily. The MC is reincarnated as a rat and I'm guessing he's going to be an Anti-hero of some sort due to the tags. The full plot hasn't been fleshed out yet, but the pace towards the whole picture is there. Each chapter is left with a quite a hanger, makes you want to keep reading.
I'm giving this a 4.5, just being generous to inspire the author to improve. There has only been one major character that has been introduced so far which is the MC, and quite honestly he's lacking personality. Aside from his jokes and wit there's nothing else going on about him. I'm only five chapters in so I'm hoping for an increasing development for the MC, if not I'll be leaving a 2 star at least.
Well this was worth my time to read, I encourage others who are reading this review to read it as well if they enjoy lighthearted fantasy like these. Author is hinting at some dark stuff that might happen in the future, he's probably a few chapters ahead with his outlines I assume.
Would I recommend this to you?
- I guess?
Did you like it?
- It got me hooked, I want to see how this novel grows in the future.
Do you think it will improve?
-Most likely, the author has some quality in his/her writing. He/she seems interactive with his/her readers too.
The premise is interesting enough. I was searchin for a villainous mc, however the mc's reactions seemed quite generic, so I am worried about the future chapters of this novel. I really think the author made a shitty first impression with the mc, as he lacks personality, whether it was him not realising he's talking to a god (lacking in intelligence and cautiousness) or not being comedic (plenty of jokes about chance can be made in the context the mc was in).
