Its Void Herald, read it already

Reviewed at: 1: Quicksave

Honestly, no justification is needed here. Ill bet my left nut this novel will be good, due to both the good concept and the fact Void Herald's writing it.

Ill change the score if suddenly the guy becomes an amnesiac and loses all his writing ability in a freak typing accident, but I can pretty confidently say that wont happen.

It is 2020 though, so who knows.

Considering it is from Void Herald, it would be strange, if this one didn't become a mastepiece as well.

In the first chapter, we already have got a slight sense of what kind of world were in. A world of crazy superpeople with crazy superpowers, it also seems to be on earth, though not on our earth, obviously. Whether this is a Litrpg remains to be seen. And while I would greatly appreciate it, if it were, there is nothing wrong with 'normal' superhero stories.

The MC seems to have some overpowered superpowers which reminded me of a certain manhua: Checkpoint. The MC of this story though certainly will be much stronger.

Read the first chapter just as it came out and can and can already tell that it is going to be a great story like everything that void herald has done, you should read this story you will enjoy it.

Right from the start, the main character shows that he's going to be incredibly fun to watch. then there is the setting which is also well done truly fantastic world-building as is to be expected of the writer. can't get enuff of their content. It's not hard to tell that this is going to a great story and if you are reading this review then you should really be reading the story instead of this. I can not wait to see what comes next in this grand epic it truly is spectacular.

now sow that this review has enonf words

Enjoyable Start, Intriguing Concept

I am only two chapters in so far, but it has already caught my eye. Stories with a quicksave mechanic are difficult to do correctly. Oftentimes they just devolve into nonsensical adventures with no actual plot, but so far this one has checked all the boxes.

-The main character recognizes the absurdity of his life and is as carefree as you would expect, pretty much treating everything like a videogame (referring to smaller tasks as "side quests" and such, although so far there are no actual game mechanics which I'm fine with). However, there are already the beginnings of a larger plot brewing, so my hope is that he does not get too caught up in his side adventures.

-The world seems to be kind of cyberpunk but with superpowers, which is pretty cool as far as I'm concerned. Cyberpunk isn't exactly original, but there can be some pretty great stories set in it. Also, the author doesn't seem like he's going to take a completely traditional approach in regards to the genre.

-And of course, the MC's style is just impeccable. Just look at the cover.

We'll see how it goes, but I'm optimisic. Void Herald has proven he can write stories with a good balance of humor and seriousness before. Those skills will definitely come in handy for a concept like this. If this story is anything like his others them it will be an enjoyable time.

Void Herald has always been my favorite author on this site, so i am giving this review to hopefully boost this fiction so more people can find him like i did.

I have like most people found his fictions through vainqueer the dragon and after tha got hooked on never die twice, so now hopefully we will have a third masterpiece coming. it is alredy looking promising for me after just a single chapter though i have always had a soft spot for time stop powers in fiction.

I am giving this story a full score for now as i doubt his story wll under perform considering his previous works on this site, but since this story only has one chapter as i am writing this review might change this score at a later date but for now i will just sit back and relax while watching this story unfold.

Ps please excuse any typos or grammatical mistakes i have made as english is not my first language and i dont have grammarly or any other spellcheck websites to see if i have made any mistake son my phone. hopefully i will not have to change my score.

bye for now

I've been following Void Herald's story "Vainqeur ever since it appeared a bit more than a year ago. The story has been discussed in more detail on his discord and he gave a more comprehensive summery of the story on his Patreon where her let everybody, not just his patrons, decide between this and a wuxia. I have high hopes for this story and will give a more comprehensive review later on.

My First Void Herald Work

Reviewed at: 2: Story Branching

I can finally say that I get why this author is rated so highly - absolutely fantastic first few chapters! I honestly didn't expect the writing to be this funny, but I'm 100% glad for it. Of course, now I'm obligated to check out his other works and potentially lose the next few days to them.

THE AUTHOR IS VOID HERALD

That's all that needs to be said

Dammit 50 words at least. I hate this. Tried a advanced review once. NEVER AGAIN... Still not 50 words huh? That's why I don't do these. But I have to for the greater good.

5 Stars for the one and only Void Herald

Read the first chapter and I can immediately see a large potential.

I've always enjoyed timeloop stories and see great potential for this one.

However, I've also read all of Void Herald's stories so far and its a fair jump from what he's written so far. I wish him best of luck and hope that this will become a story that is just as good (if not better) than his last ones.

I will reserve my judgment for later and change the score accordingly. However I do have to say that so far we have a witty MC with some flair on his side and a mission to complete (side missions included). Well, after all, it's for that perfect score.

Hope to enjoy the rest of the story.
