so first of all this story is really pretty good. gell is adorable.

now it has to be said that this story has a really really slow start, and I think you could probably trim a good bit of repetitiveness off in the first part of the story to help with that, the dungeon home part, something like a paragraph or two every chapter. after the first part I wouldn't change a thing.

the grammar is flawless as far as mistakes, I couldn't find any. it also has a pretty decent flow.

style: as someone who's read a lot of both Japanese and western web-novels, this feels like the perfect middle ground between the two, and also the best of both worlds.

the characters are all great so far, consistent and fun to read about, even the most minor side characters have enough personality to be memorable. and oh man Gell is such a joy to read, fumbling through a world she barely understands.

so uhh, yeah go read it.

I echo the praises of several other reviewers; as of chapter thirty two, the story has maintained its excellent quality and I'm eager to see where it goes from here.  I don't usually read VR or NPC stories, but I'm sure glad I decided to give this one a try.

Review as of Ch 33

Give this story a chance. As of ch 33 it doesnt feel like it will be a web novel that is un ending. There is character development. Combat adds some nice flavor without halting the progression of the story. Looking forward to see what happens in Gell's world and what effects that will have on the "other world".

Smart child-like NPC breaks out of the dungeon

Reviewed at: Chapter Thirty - A Look Back

While there's plenty of other novels out there with an NPC character MC, they're usually humans and adults at that. Here you have some delightfully naive wonder pitted against a widenning world. MC is moral, albeit with an interesting concept of family. Said family consisting of dungeon monsters. The NPC and player interactions run quite the gamut, with expecations on both sides leading to significant misunderstandings that are quite amusing to read. Highly recommend.

A really creative take on the Isekai

Love this story. Well written character POV, and a really different perspective on the normal VR MMO, told from the perspective of a sentient NPC who is adorably innocent. NGL some moments hit me right in the feels. Cute and sweet and emotionally-driven story. Cant wait to see where it goes from here.
