Samael has lived her entire life in what most people would call Hell... because it is!
Fire, brimstone, demons, orgies of sins, pitchforks, and tortured souls—all that good stuff.
But Samael is clueless about any of that. Her time was spent in the deepest reaches of Tartarus, living as a wandering hermit with her devil father and the occasional visit of a naggy angel aunt.
Meanwhile, Sophia lives a peaceful life as a young priestess on a sacred island, mostly ignored by the world at large.
However, as her day is taking a turn for the absolute worst, an unexpected ally will stumble into her path and completely turn her peaceful existence over its head.
I do not own the drawing the cover is based on, by FionaHsieh.

There are some very long sentences with a lot of commas, but it's not every sentence. Only one chapter so far, but it doesn't murder my eyes when I try to read it, so it gets full points.
I can see the settings through the use of words. I understand the hilarity of the setting. The style, it awes me.
I really didn't know what to put here, besides the fact that it read well. The story doesn't do the whole 'He was tall. He had black hair. He looked majestic, etc., etc.' I mean, there are paragraphs dedicated solely to describe characters; but if it's eight tiny sentences that don't bore me to death, then I say it did fine. And if I can tell that the character is a scary demon/devil with an odd fixation on the number eight, well, that's fine too. I just want to be able to know where the story is taking place, and actually be able to tell the characters apart mentally; that was done.
Only have one chapter right now, so I can't describe the plot...which is actually pretty good. If I have hints of what could happen, then I'm interested; if I know from the get-go the entirety of the story from the first chapter, well...why would I read it? It has fun little hints (who is Gabby? Why is a Devil hanging out with an Angel?), along with stated facts that give both plot and laughs
(I'm not worried about Samael, I'm worried about Midworld)
. It is a pretty good first chapter, which is one of the most important parts.
We have a Devil acting as a doting father(?), an Angel that is probably his sibling, (how did that happen?) and a giggling child that murders the scariest beasts in the scariest place. *shudders*
I mean, if I can tell that the Devil is a grumpy but doting guardian from chapter one, then I say it's pretty good. There are plenty of stories out there where the characters are indistinguishable even like, twenty chapters in, so...Yeah, I'll give this full points. If anyone disagrees, well...I'll send Samael. You don't want that.
DocteurNS is one of the 2 content creators I plan to support on patreon once i get a job. Consistently writes pretty good stuff that makes me laugh and smile. This story (so far) does not disappoint either and has given me my fair share of chuckles these past few days
can't be bothered with large reviews.
Just a very very fun read.
got to chapter 5 and i already can't live without it ;)
Really good story, well written.
Not currently long enough for me to give a description of what I like without feeling like I'm spoiling the whole story, but I recommend reading it
Fun story about fun demon and fun saint going around doing fun things in a fun way very fun
Not enough content yet for proper review IMO.
That said, doc the author has an awesome personality. The writing is coming out solidly. The characthers are sofar diverse. The plot is interesting. And, the comedy is enjoyable.
Looking forward to reading more. Keep it up.
Love this story, it's really fun and interesting, especially how the characters interact with one another. This story is more light hearted than others but also has it's tense moments. The synopsis doesn't really do this story justice and doesn't mention the yuri but that's just a pleasant surprise!
It's a good read but a little, scratch that alot similar to demonologues by bizmatech.but worthwhile to read
Aside from some cliche characters and dubious plot development I don't think there is much to improve upon. I suspect keeping up the release pace may drive this author insane though.
I have always enjoyed monsterous leads but this tickles a malicious glee at the back of my mind. It's very freeing to read about a straightforward chaotic neutral character like Sam.
The story has next to no grammatic issues. It's better than many published works I read.
The style isn't particularly innovative, but it isn't lacking in the flair a fantasy novel needs. A bit over explained maybe.
Characters are rather cliche and predictable. The story handles it well and doesn't rely on it.
This story has me riveted so far, right up there with the likes of threadbare and super minion. Don't make me regret getting hooked. This story needs to keep going!
