Waking up in a white room, surrounded by bones wasn't how Chris planned on spending the rest of his life. He hadn't planned on ending up in an alien laboratory full of caged monsters either.

Inducted into a world with strange blue screens that hint at a world of fantasy, magic, and danger, Chris must survive until the System whisks him away for the promised Tutorial. If help comes too late, Chris risks becoming something less than human, or something more...

Congratulations to the author on getting his first troll reviews recently.

The story is very similar to stories like defiance of the fall, a new world, and randidly ghosthound, and merits a read even if its simply to fill in the void between the biweekly releases of the latter. It possesses sufficient merit in its own right, having a fairly straightforward system with interesting dynamics.

I'm a sucker for monster op mc's, so it should come at no surprise that this novel is a hit for me. Good combat, premise, and all around feel. I would like a little more character development for the main character, especially the slime. That being said, the author explains any and all murder-hobo tendencies that are common in litrpgs quite well.

My 2nd favorite story on RRL, only second to Defiance of the Fall.

Speaking of, I think this story could potentially be on par with Defiance of the Fall.

Story is engaging with decent foreshadowing for a later villain.

Author is also a really cool guy and responds to like, every comment and explains things if you're confused.

I don't actually know how to write a review no cap

Good thus far. Pacing sometimes feels a little rushed, but the world has a lot of interesting facets. The first chapter is NOT indicitive of the writing style of the rest of the story, so if it puts you off, read the second chapter as well to get a proper idea of the rest of the story. I believe this story has a lot of potential and thus will stick around.
