Heidie Melland has had a very bad day. She wasn’t looking forward to college to begin with, let alone some lame mandatory orientation day. All she wanted was to continue to mooch off of her parents and maintain a modest lifestyle as a shut in.
Heidie expected orientation to suck and it absolutely did. She is the only survivor.
Now stuck in the desolate reaches of a strange hostile world, she must use all the cunning she can muster to keep her life and freedom intact. Her only hope for survival lies in the severed head of an ancient demon and its promises of knowledge and power. Necromancy probably wouldn’t have been her first choice, but it will have to do.
Release schedule: five guaranteed chapters per week.
Bonus chapters will be released when I have the energy.

A somewhat unique combination
Better than standard fantasy fare. Some interesting combination of fantasy tropes, focusing on the more gruesome aspects of necromancy. Significant MC power advancement without LitRPG aspects.
Some slight stumbles in the flow of the story, and the occasional syntax mistake that takes a bit of effort to parse.
Two appealing main characters. Even with just 13 chapters, the characters' voice, motivation and personality is somewhat clear.
Best of all, regular updates, up to now.

Another type of necromancy
A mix of isekai and necromancy, the MC is appealing, she has her hang ups with cleanliness or its absence. The introduction of the discriminated dwarfs is an interesting element. The demon instructor is a little overpowered but limited by his absence of body. His age predispose him for the long game, Heidi’s isn’t his first pupil and he is realist.

It died too soon
A really interesting concept, and the chapters until now are great, but it's just another dead pile of potential now 😥

Who said girls cant learn Necromancy
Portal/isekai fun. Minions, skeletons, magic. Demonic mentor, with creative baggage that comes with it. Lucky for MC, he just wants to hide from his wife for a few millenia so is totally fine looking for some books to read in the mean time.
Come back, the skellies need you

Something enjoyable
This story as i said before is something enjoyable and I can say is a joy to read so far. The plot to me at least is intriguing and something to be praised while the characters are also quite good. All in all I would like to recommend this story to my friends and to all who read this review. A solid 4.5 out of 5 for me.

Quite good
So far the story is simple but interesting.
Cultist go occultin', screw up, it rains blood and giblets for half an hour, and a gym full of college kids gets isekai'd.
Grammar is good, story is entertaining, the MC rolls with things a bit too much but is believable enough, a bit pure but in a good way.
Recommended read, it's quite above the standard RR swill.

Crunchy and Tasty
I liked this story so far. Chapter 16 as of this review.
Our MC starts off trying to survive in a world of magic. But it seems she did get a cheat as a world slider.
I liked the amount of detail so far built into this world. Enough to make you fear it and still recognizable in it's coolness too.
The MC is likable. Sadly, she is caught in between trying to balance her ethics in the face of survival. Would you compromise with the Devil/Demon if it offered you a chance at living? Our MC has to do that and only time will tell if she made the right or best choice.
I'll be along for the ride. Hopefull you will too to find out.

Not comedy
What i can say, adventure (darkish and gore...). But there is only one reason why i write this its becouse there no comedy, if you come for that (as me) you will not find it there at all.
