Fang is a simple cat.
Fang likes napping in the sun.
Fang does not like being called Chairman Meow.
Fang likes his belly being scratched for precisely 17.329 seconds.
Fang does not like being punted between dimensions.
Fang likes hunting and killing defenseless wildlife.
Fang does not like mysterious blue boxes that appear out of thin air.
Fang is having a Very Bad Day.
A few things to note:
Fang is a cat soul in a cat body, and that's not going to change any time soon. No cat girl evolution or possessed puppet or any of that.
The slice of life tag is there for a reason. There is no epic tale here, only a cat doing cat things in a (hopefully) interesting setting.
The game elements are pretty light, mostly there for flavor, so don't expect a huge amount of crunch.
Nature is cruel, and cats are crueler than most.

Story is told mainly from a cat's perspective. Lighthearted and funny read. The way the cat thinks and acts is realistic as well. No particular grammar issues. A few typos here and there. Not overly focused on the System aspect, as blue boxes make Fang's head hurt so he dismisses them. The character development is good.
GODSEND !!! This is a Fucking GEM !!! Every part of this novel is well made and its like our author really experience being a cat !!! DAMN good work author ! I really recommend this NON HUMAN MC to YOU !!! I enjoy reading it and i demand more chapter !!! And YOU READER will regret not reading this novel NOW !!!
It's a story about a cat thinking and acting like a cat. Pretty simple. But it's funny and adorable, with a bloody sort of humor that lacks the grim or dark element that most of that kind of humor has.
This story is definitely worth reading!
It's simply purrfect.
Don't tell me that you're not interested in reading about a cat that levels up?
The concept is fresh, I haven't seen much stories based on loveable and pure animals. We all need this story in our lives.
A Cat. The cat is definitely the best character, no doubt about it! They're interesting, silly and prideful. The makings of a beloved character.
Humans. Those oddballs? They're fine. Tolerable creatures I suppose.
The Author depicts the cat's antics well! It's all so lovely and described well! The chunks of text is a bit overwhelming for me to read at times, but that may just be me.
Typos? Hardly. Good grasp on writing free from errors and grammatically correct chapters.
This story is gold and definitely not just for cat lovers (since I'm a dog person who can't fathom why anyone would prefer cats).
This book is wonderful it and the author have alot of potential, unfortunately the author may have actually died since they promised more to come soon and it's been five months since the last post or any word from them as of this review.
I hope the author is well and will continue this book someday.
Why did this book stop?
This is one of the most fun book I've read, as well as one of the most well made pet mc book I've seen.
The last few chapters did introduce a few more worldbuilding-ish topics, like more monsters without future chapters to expand upon them. Despite this, it really was more slightly confusing rather than angering or even annoying.
All in all, it was a very fun book and I still wonder why it was stopped.
please come back i want more i beg of you i want more of this amazing story
This is probably one of the greatest fictions on Royal road. Anyone that says otherwise is a liar, scoundrel, and probably a spy sent here by the dogs.
THIS. IS. AWESOME.
Seriously, it is. A very fresh look on Slice of Life/Isekai. The story of a cat, doing cat things, in a fantasy world. TigerCannon does a great job of capturing the mindset of the common Felis Linnaeus.
Viva Lord Fang
Great story, I love the whole idea and the humorous nature of it, but you have been silent for a few weeks now. Are we getting another instalment?
