A man dies and finds himself looking down on a world whilst surrounded by light. A robotic voice tells him he's an 'Overseer', whatever that's supposed to mean.

A small girl becomes aware on a mountain surrounded by death. The completion of an unknown ritual grants her strange powers and only a little information.

And what kind of world is it? A magical one full of history, strange magics, ancient relics, nice monsters and mean adventurers that are a little bit too happy to try and cut the girl's head off. (It hurts when they succeed, so she tries not to let them).

The world takes notice when the girl and the new Overseer's destinies cross and powers both young and ancient will begin to stir.

Her journey starts with a single question. "What the hell just happened?"

Where will her journey take them?

Made a account just to comment level of read

I've been reading many of the fictions found on this amazing site lately but none of them have excited me as much as this has done. I find myself very happy with the overall god simulator feeling of the narrative as that has always been a niche that I've enjoyed, I hope this comment will inspire the author to stick with this story for awhile.

I really like the concept. I've always liked the idea of a god of monsters. I've been bouncing around the idea for a while and it's amazing to see people use the concept.

I believe the blue screens could be polished a bit. I don't know what specifically, they just seem off. I feel like they could be better.

I imagine we'll get some but I'm hoping for some background and info on the class system. Dont dance around them too long or else it'll give a slow feel. My main question is whether or not advancement are more or less subvarieties of classes. Like warrior leads into berserker or something of the likes.

I also would like to hope that the monsters in the future that fall under the new overseer aren't all pretty cat girls and dog boys. Uglies need love too. Minotaurs, goblins, and cyclops are so fun to see in my opinion.

Keep up the good work and I hope to see the next chapter.

P.S. Humans suck, monsters rule!

I want more chapters; you're doing great so far, and I'm looking forward to reading each and every new chapter!

Interesting and New

As the title says, you not only avoided the massive amounts of cliche elements that plague Reincarnation stories but you have succesfully made an interesting story that has kept me in high spirits.

I do hope you continue this novel/story no matter the circumstances because I can certainly say now that this is:

I've read up until chapter 12, and dropped it due to large amounts of cringe inducing decisions by the MC. There are some good points such as decent style of writing and grammar, but the story is very sub-par and the both MC are idiots.

One of them is justifiably an idiot due to a partial mind wipe, but there is no reason for Legion to act like 12 year old white knight instead of acting like the god he is.

Rather than acting as a pragmatic god, hiding and biding his time, he acts like a complete imbecile. He literally declares war on 4 other gods while only having a single follower. Also the way he speaks is far cry from what would be expected from a god, and his dialogue is a cringe inducing mess. He has no long-term goals, no planning ability, and not enough IQ to make reasonable deductions.

Overall, idea was good, but the execution is pretty bad. Characters act like they're 12 years old, and the story drags us from one point to the next without any hooks to drag the reader in.
