I accidentally glitched into a parallel world when I tried to break my speedrunning world record.

I need to find the main characters, put the band back to together and kill the final boss before he triggers the bad ending.

The speedrun litrpg you've been waiting for

It's a little rough around the edges, but this story genuinely reads like the internal narration of a socially awkward speedrun streamer who's been pulled into a game they know backwards and forwards.

There's enough different from the game that the main character isn't super OP, but he still knows enough about the world and the weird tricks that work in speedrunning to be able to pull off some unexpected and neat stuff.

This story is a lot of fun to read so far. The main character doesn't have any isekai powers, but has memorized nearly all of the lore as a dedicated speedrunner and is good at adapting his plans on the fly. Rather than becoming grimderpy due to the main characters lack of power though, this story shines by having the speed runner utilize all of his meta knowledge and treating this as the ultimate speedrun instead of focusing on how his life is constantly in danger.

This story is easily better than a lot of the stories on this site and is definitely worth a read.

The grammar is good with only the occasional typo that does not detract from the story.

I didn't come here expecting an extremely good read on the par with my favourite stories obviously, but I became addicted to this story after the first few chapters.

For those that are coming here expecting some mc with great power-ups, don't. This story, in my opinion, is more geared towards those that read it for the plot(alongside minor feels), and not for the power-ups that happen as with most protaganists in other stories. The characters are great, and the interations between the mc and his group(or should i say the people he attached himself to after gathering them) are decently written. We can somewhat see the desperation of the mc if we look past his many monologues, where it may be his way of coping in such a dark world, or i'm just looking too deep into this.

Anyway, get past the first few chapters, and you will find yourself liking the story, or not depending on the tastes of the reader.

Bloody hell is this good

Now bro and brodetes here is a story that after you read the title you would this is a"me black hair me found legendary katana me be every girl man meat me must have  plot amour so think that it also protects me virginity me must know everything even tho I just come to a different fuckin world me must only ask questions in the first chapter and never again".(sorry about the little rant just reallly dislike a story where it slowly turns into a writers wet dreams from when he was 13)

BUT is really a story with backstory, good characters, god forgotten monsters and so much more! The MC's inner monologue might be a bit long for some but I feel a backstory to everything is better to then knowing everything from nothing.Like bitch you 18 how the fuck your know how to make a everything and magically has talent for everything so will 100% Master  a craft someone who turned old is still  mastering while saving the world from bad guy 145.(sorry again)

Now in the story you can really see how the characters are different!Like how when someone says "am a time traveler so that's why I know what you jack off to!"you won't accept them with open arms but slowly get used to crazy guy who can seer.

Plus there's a reason to why the MC know everything and his not overpowered too!

So if you like story to your fighting please give this wonderful writing a read!

HOLY MOTHER OF MONOLOGUES

I read till chap 55

I really liked the story but the fucking info dumping is too much

the story is like 50% monologue 30% info dumping (or you can argue that it's kind of world building style that feels like info dumping ) 20%  is the interactions between mc and others

dont get me wrong this is a good story you should read it and try to survive 12 chapters or so

unfortunatly my reeading became more like skimming chapters to read something outside of the mc brain

Inner Monologue ... ... ... ... ...

Chap 7...

Style:
I grew bored of mc's inner monologue, maybe you won't?
It overshadowes all but world-building and I'm not perfecting this review, nuff said.

Story:
Interesting stuff crawling forward, logically thinking I know it's not that slow but it certainly feels that way (mentioned above&below)

Grammar:
I didn't notice anything... except loooooong inner monologue. And I'm not looking.

Character:
Looks like there is some ideas for side characters (main characters of the game) all of which look interesting... but the mc looms over me with his monologue, So much, I can't seem to care anymore.

Conclusion:
Not for me. Good luck anyone.

Not True anymore! (Old LitRPG tag) GameLit makes a lot more sense

Meh, I thought this was something else.

Not exactly an speedrun without exploits, the name is misleading. A fairly standard unoriginal isekai with a grimdark theme layered over the top. I know about, like, two isekai stories that actually use the glitchy game logic the isekai world is based around. Which is funny because the author wanted to be original by being even less original than doing something interesting like that.

Anyway I'm sure it's great, this just isn't what I thought it was or even wanted to read. Grimdark can be fun, but sometimes it just makes me want to scream.
