Worthy tale of an OP Giant

OP main litrpgs are a sub-genre of their own and I thought this was a wonderfully told story. Thorn is very powerful but also extremely naive. I can understand that, he's 16 and has lived in isolation most of his life. By the end of Chapter 39 he has perhaps gained a little wisdom. The fact that O-you-bore-us is unaware of Thorn's extremely powerful guild connections is bound to come back and bite him.

I looked into the Patreon thing but I have no idea what a creation is so the donations make no sense. Is a creation a single chapter, if so the author is nuts. His book isn't worth the money. If a creation is a complete book, then each person has only dontated one time so far? Anyway, clear that up and I might possibly back for a few bucks.

some parts good, some parts ehh.

all i can imagine when reading this novel is an 11ft giant bending over and trying to fight people half his size with martial arts. especially since some of the characters are small. for instance, imagine a midget and a 7 ft dude trying to fight with karate, sure it's entertaining but after a while you just feel sorry for the midget. I bet midgets percieve regular people as giants. anyways that's pretty much this novel Mc is a regular person and everyone else is a disabled midget in comparison, and there is nothing wrong with that, but if you are going to make your mc OP, make him really OP and don't try to nerf him near the end of the book, just let him wreck shit like the OP bitch he is.

i generally liked everything else. but the size difference still gets me.

interesting start into a new world

looking forward to the future of Thorn!

unique start for a unique character. like the game system. while exspecting something different in the beginning I am looking forward to the world which is created around Thorn and his path. the world building and slow progress are a quite nice distinction compared to other 1-step-to-OP novels

This story needs to get to trending :)

This story was a great suprise for me.
I rarely see this level of quality and world building here on RR. :)

I don't want to start rambling about how much I love the story so far, I just want advise anyone who reads this, to read the story! It is totally worth it!

As there are only 18 chapters, all off which had to be read back to back, I’ll keep the review short and try and remember to update later.

overall story seems so far to be a more In-depth and slightly different take on VR games. Both the mc and his backstory, the way the VR game seems and plays is very intriguing. It’s a definite one to watch for the future and so far has no big flaws.

really excited to see where this goes

This is really good and could possibly be one of my favorite LitRPGs going forward if the author keeps it up.  I noticed that this story is several chapters ahead on his Patreon page for anyone who donates a dollar a month.  Worth it.

This is a nice read, it has a major component of fantasy and rpgs the world over.  The big, muscled walking fortess. Lol, the other type just dont stack up.

Big hands and big muscles.

I love how the game had trouble registering how strong he was. Also, Mc wields a damn arbalest.

I am thoroughly enjoying this so far and I sincerely hope that the author continues writing. If you are tired of mage/rogue type characters and just want a good old fashioned big dude with a weapon then this will suit you perfectly. Please continue writing author!

P.S I do hope you introduce some character flaws into him because he seems to unrealistic at the moment however it is still early on.

Solid work- a bit slow with elements missing

Well written. I enjoy the story and the natural way that the character is immersed. the story can be a bit slow and some aspects of what makes a good litrpg are missing, magic and abilities are important parts of the experience and I hope to see those integrated into the story at some point. The story is up to ch 34 at this point and the mc doesnt have a class and has not developed/unlocked/discovered any skills or abilities. If the author ever integrates those aspects it would be a solid 5/5 story.
