Alex finds herself on the shores of a world unfamiliar, a world of fantasy and magic, a world that is a game.

They tell her she is an NPC, a part of the code of the game, a part of the fantasy to entertain the players. She rejects the idea, for her memories can't just be lies. Could they?

Alex sets out to establish herself in the sandbox fantasy world, to find her identity, and to weather the storm between the players and the inhabitants of the new world.

Polyglot: NPC Revolution

The story needed to be trimmed to a 10% sample to comply with Amazon's publishing terms. The book will run for free every so often, so keep watch on Amazon or follow for updates!

If you were in the middle of reading the story before I cut it down, send me a PM and I'll try to hook you up.

Old:

This novel is my first experiment of litRPG and gamelit. It should run about the same length as a standard novel, at roughly 100k words.

Here are some of the things I tried to implement:

Plot centric
Female MC with strong character growth
Hardcore lowbie action (for a good portion of the story
Minimal stat-spam
Minimal flavor text
Hyperrealistic VRMMO and its rational effct on gaming
A dash of weebism
Base building
Uncommon magic system
The role of sentient AI in video games.

I'm pushing towards something light-hearted and fun, while maintaining dramatic tention that reaches a huge scale.

Will update on weekends if not more.

An incledible find: and its complete

As the tittle says not only is incledible in form and content but it is a complete story. And that in RR is quite a thing to say, isn't it?

The aspects to evaluate are well balanced, the written technique is solid, the world described and the characters are credible and well presented and the whole experience is immersive.

I specially want to take to notice that the author has enough acumen of expertise to have more than one novel of the same universe, and that is not easy in any way. I find it a important trait of a good writer to be able to do it.

Adding also to that the freshness of technique proved by the author on not relegating the story to only one gender or discipline but to the art and duty of depicting an entire world with the comedy, tragedy, adventure and drama that is worthy of.

My most sinceres congratulations and thanks for your work I wish you much more to discover.

No suggestions for improvement.

The single best virtual world story I have ever read.

What exactly is a person?

This review applies up to chapter 7.

STYLE - THe author's style is clean, without many frills, but without many faults, either. The prose reads smoothly and I don't think I ever lost my place or got confused with the way things were written. I would have liked to see somewhat more of an individual touch for a higher score.

GRAMMAR - Not much to comment on, as there wasn't much wrong with the grammar or syntax. The author does a good job with this, barring a few errors.

STORY - The story is simple, and doubtless pretty familiar to any fan of LitRPG, but this works in the story's favor, I think. The reader is given little information about the origins of the world or the characters, but that is rather the point. The intrigue given at the start is slowly built upon in later chapters, and I found it a pretty interesting concept.

CHARACTERS - The characters are fairly simple, for the most part, without a ton of descriptions or character traits to keep track of. The characters do seem fairly believable, for the most part, and even though some aren't given a lot of development (thus far, anyway), they at least have enough going for them to make things interesting.

OVERALL - A recommend, for sure. I'm usually not a massive fan of LitRPG, but this might be my favorite one I've read so far, at least judging by the opening chapters.

Also, the prologue has an absolutely hilarious line right at the end. I might just be juvenile, but I really didn't see that coming, and it cracked me up.

Solid Potential Thus Far

Reviewed as of Chapter 7. Will check back in 6 months to a year and re-evaluate.

Plot:The story thus far is interesting, but stuff isn't making much sense yet. Granted the story just started so it's why I'm not docking points, yet. Stuff needs to start making sense soon or it'll just become an incoherent mess.

Characters: Alex is our MC and she's just as confused as I am.Again she has some potential, but it's really early in the story to make solid judgements.

Grammar: Thankfully I can make a solid judgment on Grammar and it's pretty good thus far.

Overall: Potential, but if it lives up to it remains to be seen.

Best Completed Story I have read on this website. Not to long, not to short. Covers important topics that are going to be at the forefront of our society in the next 100 years in a fun way.

One of my all time favorites!

One of my all time favorites!! I'm sharing it with my besties and actually giving it a review, if that tells you anything!

Style - no faults!

Story - I loved it! I can't say anything without giving stuff away though...

Characters - I loved how you wrote Smith! I wish we could hear more of his inner thoughts, though...

Grammar - I can't really remember it perfectly, but I think you used their instead of they're once or twice in the entire book. Also, if you didn't, then use Oxford commas! Again, I can't remember too well. The story was just too good. I want more! 🤤 You definitely gained a fan here.

This story is a hidden jem.

Review at chapter 5: Recommended for all litrpg fans.

The characters are believable, the plot is immersive, only the transitions could be better. Maybe line breaks to indicate the new scenes?

One of the best LitRPG stories I have read.

Great world, great charactors, great story!

Intriguing character driven by excellent writing.

A very well written story with a memorable cast so far (Chapter 4), especially a wizard whose name shall strike fear into the noses of his enemies. The MC herself is a very quirky character, full of a life-like, stubborn refusal to accept what is the widely held truth: she's an NPC! It makes for a great theme to explore, and I don't doubt the author has many surprises in store.

In her writing, the author displays not only talent, but also restraint. It makes for easy, pleasurable reading without any confusion as to what is happening or who is doing what. It provides a clarity that is absent from a lot other stories, and that in itself makes it worthy of my admiration and praise.

I look forward to the MC's shenanigans, and if I'm left with one regret, is the absence of Lord Ais Sheitma's Elf.

Interesting World; the story just does whatever

This story has very clearly gone off the rails. Starts with an interesting world and premis, quickly devolves. The pacing as well is very rapid.(at least for every character but the protagonist.)
